Cicily Style.com Delivery Information

We will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day so please place your orders within the time scales detailed below to receive your items before these days.

We currently only deliver within the UK mainland as per our Delivery Policy:

UK mainland standard delivery service: £3.99

If you place your order before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) you can expect to receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.

We will then confirm your order has been dispatched by email and you can expect to receive your lovely goodies by Royal Mail (Signed For) within the next 3-5 working days. Over the festive period deliveries may take a little longer.

Orders placed after 2pm will fall into the next day order confirmation/ dispatch confirmation process. Orders placed on a Saturday and a Sunday will fall into the Monday of the following week’s order process (excludes bank holidays).

Please note that our delivery service currently excludes Next Day, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

We hope you love your Cicily Style but if you need to return any of your order please see our Returns Policy:

RETURNS POLICY

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order from us. You will need to notify us by email via hello@cicilystyle.com. Please provide us with your order number in the email. This cancellation policy is within the THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS.

The item must be in original, unworn condition with ALL tags intact and in its packaging. Please try your items on carefully because we cannot accept returns on items we consider not to be in their original condition and, therefore, will not be refunded.

To return your item please use the returns label on your dispatch note in your parcel. We do not offer pre-paid returns so we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that do not reach us if they have not been sent via a tracking service.

Postage costs on returned items are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges but this does not affect your Statutory Rights. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged and postage will be refunded. Standard tracked delivery fee only.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back and we consider a refund eligible. Your refund will be paid back onto the method you used to pay.
